Data collected
The form collects your name, company, work email, sector and the message you choose to send. These fields are needed to reply to you. The server also records technical logs (IP address, date, page requested), which are deleted automatically after 14 days.
Purpose and legal basis
This information is used only to review your enquiry, respond to you and prepare for a possible business discussion. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the publisher's legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f)). No automated decision is made.
Recipients and transfers
Only the publisher reads enquiries. The message is delivered by Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States), an email delivery provider acting as processor, and then received in the publisher's mailbox. Resend stores data in the United States: this transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The website is hosted in the European Union. No data is sold or used for advertising.
Analytics
No advertising or third-party analytics tools are installed in this version.
Cookies and local storage
The NEXT_LOCALE language cookie is required to show the site in the language you choose. Theme and your cookie decision are stored in the browser (localStorage), not with a third party. No audience script loads unless you choose Accept all. That choice does not load extra tools today; it only authorises a future measurement that would still have to be added in code.
Retention period
Enquiries are kept for 12 months after the last exchange and then deleted, unless a contractual relationship begins.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
